7. Photograph Requirements
You must include a photograph of yourself (and spouse and each child, if applicable) that conforms exactly to the requirements. These include background colors, pixels, image file size and format, scanner resolution, head position and even wearing eye glasses.
Your best option is to go to a professional passport photographer. You can scan a current photo (meeting all requirements) or submit a digital copy. Follow the requirements exactly or it may be enough to eliminate you from the program!
